VoltHop ("we," "us," or "our") is an e-bike battery sharing app developed by Soonk. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the VoltHop mobile application on iOS and Android.

When you choose to contact another user, communication happens through external apps (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, or SMS). We do not host, store, or have access to those messages.

Your data is stored on Firebase servers hosted by Google, primarily in the United States. We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and Firebase's built-in security rules to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer.

VoltHop is not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
